WSCOGA Scholarship Application

The West Slope Chapter of American Petroleum Institutes started over 30 years ago what is now a signature scholarship program for the West Slope Colorado Oil & Gas Association. Founding members of the initial API chapter are still active members of WSCOGA today. The organization understands that today’s students will unlock tomorrow’s energy potential. WSCOGA’s investment in these students represents our commitment to helping shape the next generation of America’s energy producers.

Scholarship will be in the amount of $2,000.00 per semester.

Applications need to be submitted online no later than July 31, 2013. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Student has a cumulative 2.5 grade point average their junior & senior years of high school
• Student must maintain a 2.5 or higher G.P.A. while attending college
• Student is pursuing a degree in an energy related field.
• Trade schools, junior colleges or four-year colleges are all acceptable to attend on this scholarship
• Student must have attended high school on the Western Slope
